I’m learning what it is to live here and now. I used to squint my eyes at the concept, trying to wrap my mind around it. But today it makes perfect sense to me. Here & NOW. Here & NOW. Here & NOW.
What’s in your environment (here) right now (right now/ahora mismo)?
Notice. . .
here & NOW
an intersection
paths crossing
at this very point
this very place
favorite quote:
“open yourself like a present to the present”
To forget the here & now is essentially to miss your mark. Your cue. Your green light.
Whatever led you to this place and time is exactly was was to happen.
We are all exactly where we need to be.
Been having a dandy ol’ time exploring the sunnier side of New Mexico. Oh my. . . . so beautiful. . . celestial skies and still a marvel of fall color. And mountains! Great goodness of Mary, we’ve got the most beautiful skylines in the country.
Ok, this really curls my toes. . . love the raw studio setting (. . . so live ) and the way he digs down on the guitar. There’s even a moment in it that reminds me of Joe Biden. Rarrrrrrrr. . . .
I’ve decided that to be happy, truly happy & living life way up there in the 99th percentile—cruising the dream—it is necessary to become an expert on the very things that you love.
Let’s take *music* for example. I can’t get enough of it. It’s what makes my fire burn full & bright. So I’m digging deeper into it, upping the attention level to punctilious and paying closer attention. Playing, listening and hearing a notch higher. . . .
Maybe I’ll even start writing.

Quote:
“Don’t die with your music still in you.”
What does that mean?
Don’t die with your music still in you.
Wear it, share it, flare it, dare it.
Your music is your passion. Your instrument is your tool. (No wise-cracks on that line, ok?) And the only thing that stands between you and your dream is your action/interaction. Escape the comforts, and push the edge.
I wonder how much fun one person can have in a single lifetime. I’m not sure anything can be more colorful than a friendly trip to Cuchillo, where art & mystery abound. . .
I always think it’s best to begin the new year’s resolutions two months beforehand. Nothing like being on top of your game. So, feel good reader, I ask you, what is it that you wish for your life in the upcoming year?
As we’ve seen in recent historical events, anything, absolutely ANYTHING, is possible. . . . . . . .
